On your day of arrival: the rooms are ready for you from 3 p.m.
Dogs: We only allow small dogs and only on request. Cost EUR 35,- per day without food.

For a definite booking we kindly ask you for payment in advance – 25% of the total.
Tax is EUR 1,50 per person / per day and is not included in the given prices!

Information for cancellation: a cancellation is possible until 30 days before arrival. We charge EUR 100,- for a cancellation process, Later cancellations are handled due to the Austrian law of travel and tourism. Recommended rates: 29-14 days 30 %, 13-7 days 50%, less than 7 days 100%. For payment we accept cash in Euro and your EC-Maestro-card. We recommend a travel-insurance which pay for possible cancellation!
