Our starting point is once more the hotel Granat Schlössl in Obergurgl. The toll road to the glacier (about 5 Eruo per person) ascents about 13 %. There are 14 bends and the road is easy to drive. On the glacier you can take the lift to one of the peaks. A fabulous view is waiting for you!
From the Rettenbach glacier you take the tunnel to the Tiefenbach glacier.
The journey goes on – from the Tiefenbach glacier to Hochsölden. From here you can see the skiing-area of Hochgurgl and the Timmelsjoch-road. The Ötztaler glacier road isn’t very long but you have the most grandiose view.
